These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the terms under which a customer (referred to as "you" or "your") may purchase products and/or services from Alkhudhairi Jewelry Co ("Alkhudhairi", "we", "us", or "our") through our website (the "Website").

3. Orders

Items in your cart are not reserved until payment is received and confirmed by us.

Orders are only accepted when:

• Full payment is received.

• We send a confirmation email.

Special orders for out-of-stock items require full prepayment and are final sale—non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
 

4. Pricing Policy

All prices on the Website are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (or another designated currency) and exclude VAT and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Prices are subject to change due to exchange rates, discounts, or other factors. The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of order.

International shipping fees are calculated separately. Unless otherwise stated, duties and taxes are included in your final checkout price.

If your card is in a different currency, the final amount will be calculated based on your card issuer's exchange rate on the transaction date.
 

5. Acceptance of  Your Order

After placing your order, you may receive an email confirming receipt—not acceptance—of your order.

A contract is only formed when we dispatch the goods and confirm this via email.

We may decline your order if:

• Payment authorization fails.

• The product is out of stock or doesn’t meet quality standards.

• You don’t meet eligibility requirements.

• We detect fraudulent or illegal activity.

We are not liable for delays caused by such issues.

If a pricing or description error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund you, provided the error was obvious. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item is verified to be in original condition with tags, packaging, and authenticity intact.
 

6. Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, KNET, and other listed payment methods. We do not accept cheques.

You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you are authorized to use it.

All cardholders are subject to validation and authorization. If your payment is declined, we are not responsible for delivery delays.

International cardholders may be charged transaction fees by their banks.

Our payment gateway encrypts your details securely. If you register, your card information may be securely stored and encrypted for future transactions.

We are not liable for unauthorized access unless due to our gross negligence.

We may offer installment plans through third-party providers, subject to their eligibility and terms.

7. Discount or Promotion Codes

Discount codes:

• Are personal, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

• Have an expiration date.

• May apply online, in-store, or both, as specified.

If a refund is issued for an order using a discount code, the refund amount will be reduced proportionately.

Expired or defective codes cannot be used, and we do not issue replacements. Only one code per order may be applied.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly allowed.
 

8. Passing of Title and Risk

We retain legal ownership of all products until payment is received in full. If refunded, ownership reverts to us.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to you upon delivery.
 

9. Return and Refund Policy

For local sales within Kuwait, you may return or exchange items within 24 hours of purchase for a refund or store credit in accordance with Kuwait Consumer Protection Law No. 39/2014 (for gold and watches).

Return conditions:

• Items must be unused, with all tags, packaging, and authenticity cards intact.

• Final approval is subject to authenticity verification by us.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

International sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

If your purchase included a free gift, it must also be returned in original condition for the refund to be processed.

Refunds may take up to 30 working days, depending on your bank.
 

10. Delivery

A signature may be required upon delivery. If someone else signs on your behalf, it constitutes proof of delivery and transfer of responsibility.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays due to customs, couriers, or other external factors.

If a delay occurs beyond our control, we’ll inform you and attempt to minimize its impact. We are not liable for such delays.
 

11. Warranty

We provide no warranty beyond the product’s standard warranty or any applicable consumer protections under Kuwaiti law.
 

12. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of our products.
 

13. No Waiver

If we do not enforce any part of these Terms immediately, it does not mean we waive our rights to enforce them later.
 

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable under Kuwaiti law, the rest shall remain in effect, and both parties agree to renegotiate any invalid terms in good faith.
